Field Installation & Support Technicians

Rollout muscle. A contracted bench of installers and support techs, plus a retained Lead Technician who runs the bench and handles escalations.

The role

Contracted, per-job work that scales with install volume. You install the hardware, bring it live, and keep it live.

What you'll own

Installation Technicians: per-vehicle after-hours installs. Mount the router, tap 12V power, connect antennas, verify the SIM and connectivity, affix NFC or QR, photograph and sign off.
Support Technicians: L2 depot callouts. Antenna and cable checks, spare-pool swaps, on-site diagnostics.
Lead Technician, retained: manages the bench, runs L3 escalations and hardware swaps, and quality-audits installs.

What you bring

Electrical, auto-electrical or installation skills, and comfort with 12V vehicle wiring.
Reliability and after-hours availability.

Bonus points

Networking or cellular hardware familiarity.
Fleet or vehicle experience.
