Our measurement hardware (UbuntuVision, UbuntuSense, UbuntuCount) collects anonymous, aggregated audience data. No personal information is collected. No images are stored. No individuals are identified.
Our WiFi portal (UbuntuConnect) collects limited information provided voluntarily by users who connect — such as email address and survey responses. This data is processed in accordance with POPIA and used solely for the purposes disclosed at the point of collection.
Audience measurement data is aggregated and used to provide analytics, verify advertising impressions, and generate audience insights. It is never used to identify, track, or profile individuals.
